4- Grapefruit with Cucumber
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 medium size grapefruit
- 1 cup/250 ml of water
Preparation
- Cut all ingredients.
- Add them to a blender along with water.
- Mix everything until it becomes smooth.
