2- Mixture of raw cinnamon honey

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 cup or 250 ml of hot water

Preparation

  1. Heat water and add cinnamon.
  2. Before adding honey to the water, be sure to cool it for at least half an hour. Heat deactivates the powerful enzymes present in honey.
  3. Mix the ingredients and consume this drink.

Tips

You can also store it in the fridge and have it the next day, 30 minutes before breakfast.
