10- Chia-lemon drink
Here’s what you need:
- 2 teaspoons of chia seeds
- 2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of lemon
Method:
- Soak chia seeds in a cup of water for 10 minutes.
- Add the soaked chia seeds in a glass.
- Add two cups of water, honey and lemon juice, and mix well.
