10- Chia-lemon drink

Here’s what you need:

  • 2 teaspoons of chia seeds
  • 2 cups of water 
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon

Method:

  1. Soak chia seeds in a cup of water for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the soaked chia seeds in a glass. 
  3. Add two cups of water, honey and lemon juice, and mix well. 
  4. Take this fat-burning chia lion drink early in the morning.
