8- SHINY BANANA AND MEGA MANGO SMOOTH

What you need:

  • 1 chopped banana
  • 1 cup cubed mango
  • 1 diced carrot
  • 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric or 2 inches of skinned and chopped turmeric root
  • ½ Tsp of Cinnamon
  • 1 Inch Chopped Ginger
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (Optional)

Instructions

Carefully wash fruit and vegetables before peeling and chopping.

Add all ingredients to Nutribullet (or any blender) and blend for about 30-60 seconds, until smooth.

Serve immediately for best results.
