 4- STRAWBERRY AND PINEAPPLE DELICIOUS

What is necessary:

  • 1 cup pineapple, skinned and cut into cubes.
  • 1 cup of strawberries.
  • 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 1 celery stalk
  • Half an inch of chopped and skinned ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder or 2 inches of chopped turmeric root.
  • 1 cup of milk – can be substituted for any milk alternative of your choice, such as soy, almond, rice milk.
  • ½ a cup of Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Make sure your fruits and vegetables are thoroughly washed and prepared.
  2. Add all your ingredients to the Nutribullet and whizz until everything is thick and smooth.
  3. Serve the smoothie fresh.
