4- STRAWBERRY AND PINEAPPLE DELICIOUS
What is necessary:
- 1 cup pineapple, skinned and cut into cubes.
- 1 cup of strawberries.
- 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
- 1 celery stalk
- Half an inch of chopped and skinned ginger
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder or 2 inches of chopped turmeric root.
- 1 cup of milk – can be substituted for any milk alternative of your choice, such as soy, almond, rice milk.
- ½ a cup of Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Make sure your fruits and vegetables are thoroughly washed and prepared.
- Add all your ingredients to the Nutribullet and whizz until everything is thick and smooth.
- Serve the smoothie fresh.
