2- Turmeric milk with ginger

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp canela tsp
  • 1 (1/2 inch) piece of ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
  • raw honey to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except raw honey in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Boil over low heat for one minute.
  3. Remove from heat and strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer.
  4. Sweeten with raw honey to taste and serve.
