Avocado is one of the prominent superfoods for the skin. Did you know that it can also be used for facial skin? Take advantage of the vitamins and proteins in avocado to hydrate your skin.


  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 egg white – room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice


   1. Peel the avocado and puree until there are no chunks.

   2. Mix avocado, egg whites and lemon juice in a bowl.

   3. Apply on the face and let it rest for 30 minutes.

   4. Rinse.
